Who has prevailed so far in the 100-hour war between Israel and Iran? What do the statistics say

On 12 June, Israel launched a missile attack on Iran’s nuclear installations under Operation Rising Lion. In retaliation, Iran started attacking Israel’s capital, Tel Aviv, and surrounding residential areas. Continuous attacks have been going on from both sides for the last 100 hours. There has been a large-scale loss of life and property, which has made the situation in the Middle East even more dire.

Israel selectively targeted Iran’s nuclear installations and military installations under Operation Rising Lion. Israel carried out this attack in protest against Iran’s nuclear program.

Iran launched hundreds of ballistic missiles and drone attacks on Israel under True Promise 3 since 13 June, in which cities like Tel Aviv, Haifa, and Rehovot were targeted. Israel damaged Iran’s major nuclear enrichment center, Natanz, which is the most important part of Iran’s nuclear program.

Israel killed many senior Iranian commanders including Iran’s Chief of Staff Major General Mohammad Bagheri, Commander-in-Chief of Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps General Hussain Salami, Chief of IRGC’s Aerospace Force Brigadier General Amir Ali Hajizadeh, Deputy Commander of Iranian Army General Ghulam Ali Rashid, Deputy Head of Intelligence Department General Ghulam Reza Mehrabi, Deputy Head of Operations Department in the General Staff of Armed Forces General Mehdi Rabbani, Chief of Intelligence Organization of RGD Mohammad Kazmi and Deputy Commander of Iranian Army Major General Ali Shadmani.

Along with this, Israel killed more than 9 nuclear scientists, besides many senior army officials of Iran. This is a big blow to Iran’s military and nuclear leadership. Israel destroyed more than 120 surface-to-surface missile launchers of Iran and the headquarters of the Kurdish Force, which weakened Iran’s counter-attack capability.

The destruction of an Iranian refueling plane at Mashhad airport and the attack on Quds Force bases in Tehran show Israel’s long-range military capability. Israel’s air defense systems such as Arrow, David’s Sling and Iron Dome intercepted most of Iran’s more than 100 missiles and 300 drones, only a few missiles could penetrate Israel, causing damage.

The US, Britain and Jordan also intercepted drones and missiles in defense of Israel, which further strengthened Israel’s defense. The number of casualties in Israel was much less than that of Iran. Israel’s precise defense and shelter system ensured the safety of civilians.

More than 200 Israeli fighter jets attacked more than 100 targets in five phases, which shows its military superiority. Let us tell you that 224 Iranians have been killed in Israeli attacks so far, while 1,481 people have been injured. Meanwhile, 24 people have been killed in Israel up to now, even as more than 600 are injured.

Meanwhile, Iran’s ‘True Promise 3’ military operation is going on in response to Israeli attacks. Under this, Iran is firing more than a hundred and fifty ballistic missiles closer to Israel. Iran’s essential aim is to smash Israel’s capital, Tel Aviv. Along with this, Bat Yam, a city adjacent to Tel Aviv, is also being targeted.

Why do you get a headache every day? Looking at the root of a serious problem

Has headache become a daily occurrence?

Do you wake up with a heavy head every morning? Do you suddenly feel a buzz in your head while working? If headache has become a part of your daily routine, it is not just a pain, but a signal – that the body or mind is trying to say something.

Taking headache lightly can be dangerous. Let us understand in depth in this article why headache occurs every day, what are the reasons behind it and how to get rid of it – that too without depending on medicines.

πŸ’‘ Headache: Not just a pain, a warning

Headaches are not an ordinary phenomenon. It is an SOS call from the body – β€œLook at me, something is wrong!” When it happens every day, understand that it can be a sign of lifestyle, mental condition or internal disease.

πŸ” 10 major reasons for daily headache

  1. 🧩 Stress and mental pressure

Today’s busy life, work deadlines, relationship complications – all this puts constant pressure on the brain. This causes tension headache, which feels like tightness around the forehead and head.

  1. πŸŒ™ Sleep irregularities
Less or more sleep β€” both conditions invite a headache. Staying awake at night, sleeping late or waking up frequently makes the brain tired.
  2. πŸ₯€ Dehydration
When the quantity of water in the frame decreases, the brain starts shrinking. This causes strain and headaches, especially during summer days.
  3. πŸ‘€ Excessive use of digital screens
Constantly staring at mobile, laptop and TV screens puts pressure on the eyes and brain. This is the most common cause of ‘digital strain headache’.
  4. πŸ§€ Eating irregularities and junk food
Staying hungry, eating late, consuming too much oily or processed food β€” all this imbalances the blood sugar, causing headache.
  5. πŸ“‰ Hormonal imbalances
Changes in estrogen levels in the course of menstruation, pregnancy, or menopause in women cause complications.
  6. πŸ“‰ Blood pressure fluctuations
Both high and low blood pressure affect the brain. Especially when the head feels heavy or there is stiffness in the neck, it can be a symptom of blood pressure.
  7. πŸ’Š Overuse of medications
Constantly taking painkillers can cause β€œrebound headaches,” where the medication itself starts triggering headaches.
  8. 🌫️ Pollution and strong odors
Smoke, dust, or excessively strong perfumes or incense sticks can also cause headaches β€” especially in sensitive people.
  9. πŸ”¬ Underlying diseases (such as migraine, sinus or neurological problems)
If the headache occurs repeatedly in the same area, is accompanied by nausea or sensitivity to sound β€” then it may be a migraine. If there is headache along with blocked nose and burning sensation in the eyes, then there is a possibility of sinus.

πŸ“› Alarming signs: Do not take headache lightly if…

  • Headache occurs daily and the nature of pain is changing
  • No relief is obtained from normal painkillers
  • Pain is accompanied by nausea, vomiting or blurred vision
  • Suddenly there is a very severe headache
  • There is difficulty in walking, speaking or seeing
  • In these situations, contact the doctor immediately.

🏠 Home remedies: Miraculous ways to get relief without medicine

🍡 1. Ginger-Tulsi tea

Rich in natural anti-inflammatory properties, this tea gives instant relief from headache.

🌿 2. Head massage with peppermint oil

Its cool effect relaxes the head and reduces stress.

πŸ’§ 3. Drink water throughout the day

A glass of water every 2 hours is the easiest way to save you a headache.

🎧 4. Listen to soft music or nature sounds

This is extremely beneficial in calming brain waves.

πŸ§˜β€β™‚οΈ 5. Yoga and Pranayama

“Anulom-Vilom”, “Bhramari,” and “Shavasana” are specifically effective in decreasing headaches.

🎯 How to forestall headaches each day? (Prevention is higher than treatment)

  • πŸ•’ Sleep and wake up on time β€” improve sleep quality
  • 🍽️ Don’t skip meals β€” have breakfast
  • πŸ“΅ Take a break from screens every hour
  • 🧘 Meditate for 10 minutes every day
  • πŸ•ΆοΈ Get your eyes checked regularly
  • πŸ§‚ Limit salt and caffeine
  • 🍺 Stay away from alcohol and smoking

πŸ”„ Headache and mind: Emotions are also the reason

  • Have you ever felt that when you are sad, frustrated or lonely, your head hurts more?
  • The truth is that headache can be a sign of emotions as well, not just the body. Depression, anxiety and self-rejection also give rise to headaches.
  • That’s why it is important to pay as much attention to mental health as it is to physical health.

πŸ§‘β€βš•οΈ When is a doctor needed?

If:

  • The frequency of headaches is increasing
  • The pain is accompanied by other neurological symptoms (such as difficulty in speaking, dizziness)
  • Home remedies or medicines are not working
  • You have never had such pain before
  • Then contact a doctor without delay. The exact cause can be found through MRI, CT Scan or blood test.

✨ Conclusion: Stop headaches, move on with life

Having a headache every day is a warning, ignoring which would be injustice to yourself. This is the body’s way of telling you – “Now stop, think and make changes.”

Medicine is only a temporary solution. The real solution is lifestyle changes, mental peace, and self-care.

Listen to your body. If the headache is saying “I am tired”, then give it rest. You move with your head, and to move the head it is important for it to be relaxed.

Israel targeted an Iranian refueler 2,300 km away, What is a refueler? How does it increase the range of a fighter?

When fighter jets fly to carry out attacks far away from their base, they often don’t go alone. Along with them in the sky are powerful radars and, most importantly, mid-air refueling aircraft β€” also called aerial tankers. These special planes refuel fighter jets while flying, assisting them to travel lengthy distances without landing.

Recently, the Israeli Air Force launched an airstrike on an Iranian military base that was about 2,three hundred kilometers away. In that attack, Israel also destroyed Iran’s mid-air refueler stationed at Mashhad Airport. This was Israel’s longest airstrike so far. Even before this, during Operation Rising Lion last year, Israeli jets hit several Iranian targets 2,000 kilometers away, and they’ve also attacked Houthi rebels in Yemen, around 1,800 kilometers from Israel.

In all these long missions, the most important support comes from mid-air refuelers. A video of Operation Rising Lion even showed an Israeli F-16 getting refueled mid-flight, reportedly over Syrian airspace, after returning from a mission in Iran.

Why Mid-Air Refueling is So Important

Mid-air refueling means giving fuel to fighter jets while they are flying. This is very useful because it increases the distance the jets can travel and fight. For instance, Israel uses F-16 and F-35 jets. The F-16 can fly around 2,580 km, and the F-35 can fly approximately 2 km. But going to Iran and again is around three,400 km, which is greater than their flying range.

Though fighter jets can carry extra fuel tanks, it makes them heavier and might force them to hold fewer guns. That’s why mid-air refueling is a wiser desire. Without a refueler, a fighter jet would possibly run out of gasoline. A similar thing befell to a UK F-35, which had to land at Thiruvananthapuram in India because it become low on gasoline.

How Mid-Air Refueling Works

Refueling inside the sky is a very challenging and volatile assignment. The tanker plane flies at a top of 20,000 to 30,000 feet, and the fighter jet comes very close to it β€” every so often just a few meters apart. The tanker has pipes, called hoses, popping out of its wings and tail. At the stop of each hose is a funnel.

The fighter jet’s pilot has to fit the nozzle of their aircraft into the funnel β€” just like fitting a plug into a socket β€” while both planes are flying at the same speed and height. The fighter jet usually flies a little lower than the tanker.

Once linked, the gasoline flows at a fast charge β€” about 2,000 to 6,000 pounds in step with minute. After filling, the nozzle is eliminated, and the jet can retain its adventure. This operation needs best timing, awareness, and ability from each pilots. A small mistake can reason a serious coincidence.

India’s Refueling Strength

The Indian Air Force (IAF) has six IL-78 tankers, made by Russia. These tankers are always present during air missions or international exercises. Whenever Indian jets go to other countries for military training, these tankers go with them to support the long flights.

For some time, India has been planning to buy six new refuelers, but the process has not moved forward. So, to meet urgent needs, the IAF decided to lease a refueler. In March this year, the Defence Ministry signed an agreement with an American company named Metrea Management.

India will get a KC-135 tanker aircraft from this company on a wet lease. This means the company will not only give the aircraft but will also train Indian pilots and take care of its maintenance. The tanker is expected to be available within six months of signing the deal.

Conclusion

Mid-air refuelers may not be as visible as fighter jets, but they are the backbone of long-range air missions. They help jets fly longer, strike farther, and return safely β€” all without landing. As air forces carry out missions farther from home, these refueling aircraft will play an even bigger role in future warfare. They are the true silent heroes of the skies.

Do not advise these 10 people even by mistake, otherwise you may have to bear the loss. Know the policies of Chanakya

Acharya Chanakya is considered to be India’s greatest politician, economist and visionary thinker. The policies and things he has said on the basis of his life experiences are equally relevant and useful even today. Chanakya Niti contains deep principles related to every area of life – policy, economics, behavior, and relationships. One of the important lessons among these is that advice should not be given to everyone.

We often think that if we are explaining something to someone for their good, then they will appreciate it. But the reality is different from this. Not everyone takes your words seriously. Some people ignore it, some make fun of it, and some take advantage of your advice. That is why Chanakya says that “advice should be given at the right time and to the right person only.” Let us know when giving advice can be inappropriate and harmful –

Giving advice to an arrogant person is useless

A person immersed in arrogance considers himself omniscient. He feels that he is no less than anyone and everyone else is a fool. In such a situation, if you give him any advice, he will not only ignore it but can also insult you. Chanakya says that it is appropriate to keep a distance from such a person.

It is difficult to reform an unrighteous or immoral person

People who stay away from religion, morality and virtue do not care about right or wrong. They do not regret their deeds and neither do they think about the well-being of others. Explaining to such people is a waste of time and effort.

High in position and power but arrogant king or officer

If a king, leader, or officer becomes arrogant due to his position, then he does not give importance to the advice of others. He feels that he is supreme. In such a situation, if you explain something to him, he will doubt your intentions or insult you.

Explaining to a fool is a waste of time

A idiot acts with out thinking and in no manner learns from his mistakes. No remember how clearly you explain to him, he repeats the same mistake on every occasion. In Chanakya’s opinion, it is better to allow such human beings to stay in keeping with their questioning, because giving them know-how is like pouring water on a stone

Avoid people who argue

Some people argue about everything, no matter how right the other person is. If you give advice to such people, they will argue with him, oppose him and finally disturb your mental peace. Chanakya clearly says – “Where logic becomes futile, silence is the best solution.”

Those who never ask for advice

Some people, no matter how difficult they are, never seek guidance from anyone. If you give advice to such a person without asking, he will either feel bad or take your words lightly. Chanakya says that give advice only when the other person is ready to benefit from it.

Giving advice to a jealous person is dangerous

People who are jealous of your goodness never see your help positively. If you give them advice, they will feel that you want to humiliate them. The less communication you have with such people, the better it is.

Explaining to a greedy person is useless

Chanakya says that a person who is immersed in selfishness is not affected by matters of morality, society or religion. His thinking is limited only to profit and loss. In such a situation, if you try to show him the right path, he will see it also from the prism of his benefit. Only time can teach such people, not words.

It is useless to say anything to a person who is intoxicated

A person who is intoxicated or indulges in any bad habit, his power of thinking and understanding is weakened. No advice has any effect on him. To reform such a person, time, patience and practical measures are needed, not just preaching.

One who is lost in his own knowledge

Some people are always busy showing that they know everything. They never want to listen to others. Arguing with them leads to a loss of both time and energy.

Conclusion

Even today, Acharya Chanakya’s policy teaches us to behave wisely in life. Giving recommendations isn’t an ordinary task, but it is a responsibility. Only recommendations given at the right time, right region, and to the proper man or woman are meaningful. Advice given without asking, without thinking, sometimes becomes harmful to us.

,That is why, Chanakya says – “Speak only to those who are ready to listen. Otherwise, silence is the best policy.”

You must maintain your financial strength

The biggest basis of self-reliance in life is economic power. Without a strong economic condition, neither can a person achieve his goals nor can he remain stable in difficult times. Today’s era is not only an era of physical or intellectual strength, but also of economic empowerment. If you are financially strong, then your self-esteem in the society is also high and you can take solid decisions for your family and future.

The real meaning of economic power

Many people consider economic power to be limited only to ‘earning money’, but this concept is incomplete. Economic power means – the ability to manage income, save, invest, control risk and plan with time.

  • An economically empowered person:
  • Uses his income properly.
  • Controls unnecessary expenses.
  • Invests strategically for the future.
  • Does not lose patience even in adverse circumstances.

Why is economic power necessary?

  • For stability in life

In the current era of job uncertainty, rising inflation and social responsibilities, every individual needs to be financially prepared. When you are financially prepared, stability comes in life.

  • Protection from sudden crises

Sudden ill health, job loss, or family emergency – financial strength acts as a shield in all these.

  • Freedom to make decisions

When you are not short of money, you can take any decision – be it quitting a job or starting a business – with more confidence.

  • Respect and influence

A financially empowered person is taken seriously in society. His decision, suggestions and views matter.

How to maintain your financial strength?

  • Prepare a regular budget

Make a clear budget of every month’s income and expenditure. This will help you know where your money is going and where to stop.

  • Set your priorities

Not everything is important. Learn to distinguish between your needs and dreams. Spend on essential things first, then consider the rest.

  • Make monthly savings a habit

Save a certain part of your income every month, be it 10% or 30%. Slowly, it becomes your biggest capital.

  • Make diversified investments

Invest your savings in various places, such as mutual funds, government schemes, gold, the stock market, and SIPs. Investing the entire quantity in one area can be unstable.

  • Stay away from debt

If it’s necessary to take a loan, take it in a planned way and repay it on time. Borrowing hollows out your economic electricity from inside.

  • Insurance and emergency fund

Health insurance and life insurance are necessary to ensure that the financial burden does not increase in case of illness or accident.

Relation between financial discipline and morale

The financial field has a right away impact on someone’s self-esteem and intellectual stability. When a person is aware that their economic state of affairs is balanced, they remain calmer and more focused mentally. On the other hand, financial instability causes stress, insecurity, and constant worry in life.

Financial understanding is also important with changing times
In this era of Digital India, financial knowledge is not limited to just Excel sheets or bank passbooks. In today’s time, using UPI, digital investment, cryptocurrency and online banking correctly has also become an important skill.

That’s why it is necessary:

  • Understanding financial plans
  • Knowledge of tax saving options
  • Alertness towards digital security
  • Knowledge of protection from scams and frauds

Economic empowerment of women

Today’s ladies are getting educated and self-reliant; however, they should also participate equally in monetary decisions. When a lady knows her charges, financial savings and investments, she will be able to provide stability and security to her circle of relatives.

Simple beginnings like:

  • Budgeting your income
  • Investing in your own name
  • Getting insurance
  • β€” not only makes women self-reliant, but also inspires the entire society.

Role of the youth

A large part of India’s population is youth. But very few of them pay attention to financial planning. If one starts understanding money in the right way in college life, then financial crises can be avoided in the future.

Steps like:

  • Keeping a record of pocket expenses
  • Starting small savings
  • Earning income from freelancing, internships
  • β€” make the youth financially responsible from an early age.

Examples of economic power

  • Dhirubhai Ambani β€” Dhirubhai, who rose from a small businessman to one of India’s largest industrialists, personified the importance of financial power.
  • Kalpana Saroj β€” A girl who constructed a commercial enterprise worth crores along with her financial information and tough work.

These examples teach us that financial power is not based on caste, gender, or background, but on thinking and planning.

Conclusion

Financial power isn’t something that is achieved as soon as it’s a continuous system. Every month, every selection, each expense, and every funding decision make or break your economic health.

That is why it is critical that you appreciate your cash from these days itself, make investments it inside the right course, and undertake a way of life that maintains your monetary situation robust.

“Keep in mind, financial power is not just convenience for the present, but also security for the future. Only a person who is financially prepared can stand fearlessly at every turn.”

At what time is there the highest risk of a flight crash? If you travel by air, you must know this

The Air India plane crash that happened yesterday has raised many questions. Air India flight number A-171 which was going from Ahmedabad to London, met with an accident just seconds after takeoff. The accident was so severe that the plane collided with a building and caught fire in no time.

There had been a complete of 242 people on board this plane, together with 2 pilots, 10 team participants, and 230 passengers. Former Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani was additionally present in this flight, and he died in this tragic twist of fate. However, one passenger miraculously survived, which can most effectively be referred to as God’s miracle.

When do flight crashes happen the most?

If you also travel by air, then it is very important to know at which two times of the plane’s flight the risk of crash is the highest.

According to experts and statistics:

  • The first danger is at the time of takeoff, that is, when the plane takes off from the runway.
  • The second most dangerous time is landing, that is, when the plane lands back on the ground.
  • This means that whenever the plane takes off or lands, it is most important to be alert.

What do the reports and figures say?

  • IATA report (between 2005 and 2023)
  • About 53% of plane accidents occurred during landing.
  • 8.5% of the accidents occurred in the situation just before landing (approach phase).
  • And 6.1% of the accidents occurred during the initial climb after takeoff.

Boeing report (2015 to 2024)

  • 20% of the whole accidents took place during takeoff and preliminary climb.
  • The risk in these accidents was only 2%, but the probability of death was high every time.
  • 10% of the injuries took place at some stage in takeoff but 35% of the deaths happened due to them. That is, that is a very risky time.

What things should be kept in mind during takeoff and landing?

  • Listen to the crew members carefully – they give instructions for your safety.
  • Always wear a seat belt – especially during takeoff and landing.
  • Do not do anything arbitrary or careless – like changing seats, opening the belt or ignoring instructions.
  • If there is a problem, immediately inform the air hostess – do not try to do anything on your own.

Finally, an important thing:

Air travel is still taken into consideration one of the safest modes of travel. But it’s far necessary to take special precautions at positive times – particularly in the course of takeoff and touchdown. If you are alert, comply with the commands and remain careful in place of panicking, then your adventure may be secure and first-rate.

Have a safe flight!

Now potatoes will not rot, organic fertilizer will be made from bad potatoes here, farmers will benefit

Aligarh: The rotten potatoes kept in the cold storage of Aligarh district of Uttar Pradesh will neither be thrown nor buried in pits. Now organic fertilizer will be prepared from these potatoes, which will give double benefit to the farmers – firstly, they will get fertilizer at a low price, and secondly, this fertilizer will also prove beneficial for their crops. The order for this new initiative has been given using the Principal Secretary of the Horticulture Department of the Dominion, B.L. Meena, to all of the District Magistrates and District Horticulture Officers.

    What is Organic Fertilizer?

Organic fertilizer is the fertilizer that is ready from organic resources, consisting of rotten end products and vegetables, cow dung, leaves, and so forth. No chemical substance is brought to it, so it increases the fertility of the soil as well as protects the surroundings.

Status of cold storage in Aligarh

There are approximately 118 private cold storages in Aligarh district, out of which potatoes and end products are saved in 114 storages. About 12. Five lakh metric tonnes of potatoes are saved in those bloodless storages each year. But approximately 1 to 2 percent of these potatoes get spoiled, that is, about 12,500 to twenty-five 000 metric tonnes of potatoes rot every year.

Earlier these rotten potatoes were either thrown on the roadside or buried by digging a pit. This method not only affected the metals and chemicals present in the soil, but also polluted the groundwater. Therefore, now the government has banned this method.

Now compost fertilizer will be made

District Horticulture Officer Shivani Tomar said that now cold storage operators are being motivated to make fertilizer in a scientific way. For this, they can make a pit behind the cold storage, in which rotten potatoes and vegetables will be put. Compost manure will be prepared by leaving them in open air for a few days and by some processes (like mixing soil, cow dung, dry leaves).

Chopped potatoes can be sent to cow shelters

Apart from this, another suggestion has also been given that the potatoes which are not completely spoiled should be cut and sent to nearby cow shelters, so that they can be used as food for the cows living there. This will also contribute to animal welfare in a way.

    Farmers will get big benefits

Shivani Tomar told that there will be two main benefits from this whole process:

    • Cheap manure will be available – This manure will be much cheaper than the expensive chemical manure available in the market, because it will be prepared locally.
    • Soil quality will improve – Organic manure increases soil moisture, number of bacteria and nutrients, which improves crop yield.
    • This compost can be used in all types of crops – be it wheat, paddy, vegetables or horticultural crops.

    Easy process: Anyone can start

    • The process of making organic compost is very simple:
    • Make a 6-8 feet deep pit.
    • Put rotten potatoes, greens, leaves and cow dung in it
    • Keep turning the pit from time to time so that oxygen is available.
    • The compost will be ready in about 40-50 days.
    • Interested farmers can also adopt this method in their fields and prepare compost at home.

Monitoring and training at government level

The government has given the responsibility to the District Horticulture Officers to monitor this process in all the districts. Also, the operators have been advised to take guidance from subject experts so that the process of preparing compost is done properly and the quality is also maintained.

    Conclusion’

Making compost from rotten potatoes is not just an environmental solution, but it is also economically, biologically and socially beneficial. This initiative is a great example of ‘Waste to Wealth’, where useful products are made from waste-worthy things. It is hoped that this initiative of Aligarh will be adopted in other districts as well, so that farmers of the entire state can benefit.
